1.0 Products
1.1 Astoria Cigars is a UK based gold standard specialist merchant of Cuban and New World cigars. Selected accessories are also available.
1.2 Astoria Cigars does not stock or supply cigarettes, e-cigarettes or CBD products.
2.0 Users based outside the United Kingdom
2.1 'The Website' has been created in England and is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
2.2 Products are held within the UK and in strict accordance with UK law, Astoria Cigars does not sell tobacco products to persons under the age of 18.
2.3 Products can be shipped overseas but shall be subject to all relevant applicable laws and taxes. Any cross border taxes applied by local authorities shall be your responsibility.
2.4 Should you be based overseas, you shall be responsible for ensuring that use of this Website and any purchases made are not in breach your own applicable laws or regulations.
2.5 For legal reasons, Astoria Cigars is unable to complete any sales transactions with persons with home or shipping addresses in Canada, Finland, France, Italy, India, South Africa, Turkey, United States of America or Vietnam.

Astoria Cigars is unable to offer any guarantee that facts are without fault or that the stated opinions will be shared by you.
4.0 Availability
4.1 Stock availability varies on a day to day basis and Astoria Cigars may declare a product unavailable due simply to the unpredictable forces of supply and demand or the need to maintain quality at all times. Astoria Cigars accepts no liability for loss of chance or for any claimed financial losses should a product suddenly become unavailable.
5.0 Pricing and Payment
5.1 All prices on this Website are in UK pounds sterling.
5.2 Astoria Cigars prices are inclusive of VAT.
5.3 Stock prices at www.astoriacigars.co.uk are lower than in store but do not carry delivery charges.
5.4 Astoria Cigars processes all payments where cardholders are not present in a secure environment provided by Worldpay.
5.5 Online debit and credit card payments are accepted by Visa, Mastercard and JCB. Astoria Cigars does not accept payments by American Express (AMEX) or Diners Club.
5.6 Orders may be placed and advice shared over the telephone but to maintain data security at all times and to reduce the risk of fraud, card payments will not be accepted by telephone.
5.7 A Contract between you and Astoria Cigars exists from the point your order is confirmed by email. This email shall confirm that your order has been fulfilled and shipped and will detail the shipment's tracking details. If there are any unforeseen delays (i.e. due to a sudden reduction in stock), this shall be notified to you immediately.
6.0 Delivery Charges, Dispatch & Delivery Timescales
6.1 We aim to honour the delivery timescales as set out below.
6.2 UK Mainland Orders
6.2.1 There are no dispatches on Sundays or Mondays.
6.2.2 Orders of single cigars: Received within 4-5 days.
- Orders placed Tuesday-Saturday will be dispatched via Royal Mail within 2 working days.
- Customers please note that Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (‘Signed For’) Delivery is no longer a next day service.
- Chargeable guaranteed expedited delivery options are available.
- Orders of £55 and over shall be delivered free of charge via Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ to mainland UK addresses
6.2.3 Orders which include boxes of cigars: Received within 2-4 Days
- Orders shall be delivered free of charge via Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ to mainland UK addresses.
- Orders placed Tuesday-Saturday will be dispatched within 2 working days.
- Chargeable guaranteed expedited delivery may also be available, subject to stock levels, time and day of order.

6.2.4 For any items listed as available within 2-3 days assume that the above timescales will apply thereafter.

6.2.6 Astoria Cigars stocks a large selection of single cigars and boxes. Due to the forces of supply and demand, we cannot guarantee the timescales above but we guarantee to make every effort to get orders out without delay.
6.3 Overseas Orders

6.3.2 Orders placed Tuesday-Saturday will be dispatched within 2 working days.

7.0 Returns Policy
7.1 All items are individually quality checked by Astoria Cigars prior to dispatch however, we accept that issues may arise. The Astoria Cigars Return Policy is included within the Terms and Conditions of Sale as follows:
7.2 Should you not be satisfied with your order, you are required to notify Astoria Cigars by email to jb@astoriacigars.co.uk within 3 days of receipt, quoting your order number and the reason for return.
7.3 Due to the delicate nature of, cigars and cigarellos, these must be received back at Astoria Cigars headquarters in their original condition and packaging within 7 calendar days of your email.
7.4 Change of Mind/Items No Longer Required
7.4.1 You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us at your own cost.
7.4.2 For items valued at up to £50, returns must be via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class ‘Signed For’ as a minimum.
7.4.3 For items valued £51 and above, returns must be via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You must ensure that you choose the correct compensation level to safeguard your Return in the event of loss or damage.
7.4.4 Astoria Cigars cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Ensure that you retain your proof of postage.
7.5 Damaged or Faulty Goods
7.5.1 In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (2015) you have 30 calendar days from receipt to reject an item for entitlement to a full refund.
7.5.2 For non perishable items i.e. accessories, you have six months from receipt to claim for repair or replacement should a product fail to meet the quality standard expected.
7.5.3 Various items are subject to longer warranties which extend the period during which the manufacturer remains responsible for repair or replacement. This period varies between products.
7.5.4 Defects that are in our reasonable opinion caused by fair wear and tear, deliberate damage, accidental damage, negligence, abnormal use, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without manufacturer approval will not be eligible for a full refund.
7.5.5 In the unfortunate event that you need to notify us that goods are damaged or faulty, you are required to email jb@astoriacigars.co.uk for further instructions.
7.5.6 Should an item be confirmed to be faulty, we will refund the cost of return postage of that item in addition to the purchase price. In the event that you accept a replacement product in lieu, Astoria Cigars will also bear the cost of shipping any replacement item.
8.0 Cancellations
8.1 Astoria Cigars reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion and with no obligation to provide any reason for so doing.
8.2 Astoria Cigars reserves the right to refuse to fulfil any order that would place it in breach of any applicable laws.
